This one-year management trainee program provides a foundation for your functional and leadership skills development. At the end of the 12 months, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role. Within the program, you may be assigned to rotational assignments within Finance department including Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Marketing Finance or Operations Finance (located in Samsun Factory)
